I have always been a motivated, accomplished person with an entrepreneurial spirit which I first connected with at the age of 17 when I started my own catering company. I believe in quality of life and life balance so it is a priority to fill my life with the things I feel are important to maintaining fulfillment. I live with my husband and children in beautiful British Columbia where I can appreciate my love of the outdoors, hiking, playing tennis and running. I am an epicurean, stemming from my passion for food, wine, cooking and entertaining. I also love music, dancing, reading, travel, playing squash, yoga and pilates.
My post-secondary studies have been in psychology, human development and most recently, financial planning. This, along with experience in the financial industry, led me to a position as manager of a department that left me feeling unfulfilled. I discovered my passion for coaching and embarked on an incredible journey to complete the missing piece (ideal career position) in my ideal life. My contributions to the community include being a Board Member on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization Living Systems (www.livingsystems.ca), a mentor in the Professional Women's Group in Vancouver, as well as various volunteer and fundraising activities. I have significant experience in personal development and training including:
