"What you are unconscious of will become your fate."
--Carl Jung
The power of intention is the power to create, to manifest, to attract into your life whatever you want. If you are not getting the results you want in your life, you may be stuck in a pattern of negative thought that prevents you from fully realizing the power of your creative intention. The process of manifestation begins with thought, thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to action and actions lead to results. Therefore, if you aren't getting the results you want, you must begin by changing your thoughts, by making a conscious decision to achieve something.
Simply wanting to achieve a goal is different from having an intention. One of the definitions of intention is in "magic and affirmation, the focus of the mind, the sense of purpose that leads to action". It is this sense of purpose or resolve that will influence and/or undermine every step we then take. As an example, assume a goal of yours is to have a successful, lucrative business. What is your design or purpose for wanting that? Is it a need for approval, a need to be acknowledged, a need to feel of value, or is it because you think this will result in a sense of fulfillment? Whatever the underlying need is, that is the actual intention.
When we become more aware of ourselves, our thoughts, our beliefs, we can start co-creating our life through tapping into and setting our intentions consciously. You can have anything you want in life, the possibilities are endless. The process begins with you being crystal clear on what you want, and your intention behind it. My coaching for you is to begin to manifest what you want by getting clear on, and then strengthening your intention. What do you want? And, are you completely focused on and aligned with that?
“Our intention creates our reality."
